Privacy notice

This website is run by NVX Integrated Commercial Research & Consultancies FZCO, Dubai trade licence 77450, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • When you book a call: your name, work email, restaurant or group, website, phone number if you give it, number of venues, yearly marketing investment range and what you want to grow.
• When you pick a time: Google’s booking page collects your first name, surname, email address and, if you add it, your restaurant or group.
• When you email us: your email and anything in it.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The booking form keeps what you type in your browser for this visit only, so you can go back and edit it.

To reply to you, to prepare the growth audit we walk you through, and to hold the call. We do not sell your data.

We rely on two grounds under data protection law: taking steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

When you register as a creator, we collect your name, email, county, profile or portfolio links, interests, optional note, adult confirmation and a record of your consent. We use your consent to keep your registration and email you about relevant opportunities. Registration is voluntary; without these details and consent, we cannot add you to the register.

Registrations are sent to a private Slack channel for the team reviewing creator opportunities. We match registrations manually. We delete inactive registrations after six months without contact or participation, or sooner if you withdraw consent. Withdrawing does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

The creator request form collects your name, email and message. We use our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and our legal obligations when handling data rights requests. These requests do not subscribe you to opportunities and follow the enquiry retention period below.

• Slack, which tells our team when you send the form.
• Google, for the booking calendar, Google Meet and our email. Google’s booking page shows its own privacy policy and terms.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Google Fonts: pages on this site currently load a font from Google, which receives your IP address.

We are based outside the European Economic Area, and so are some of these providers. Where your data leaves the EEA, we rely on each provider’s data protection terms, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

If your enquiry does not lead to working together, we delete it 12 months after our last contact.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to it. Email brian@novusdigital.ie and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.
